She was born in 1883 and died in 1979. This etching is in its original frame and is signed "Lower King Street" Charleston,Elizabeth ONeill Verner. This etching image measures 5 inches by 3 and 3/8 inches.The original wood frame measures 10 and and one quarter inches by 10 and and one half inches. Rematting is recommended. This image depicts a section of Kind Street in Charleston with stone walls and sidewalks. This etching just came in from a local Connecticut River Valley Estate.
