Porcelain urn Sitzendorf Porcelain Manufactory in Thuringia, Germany. This particular mark was used from 1896 to 1932, when the factory was under the management of brothers Alfred and Carl Voight. The factory was established in 1760 and continues in operation today. It was one of many porcelain factories in that region referred to as “Dresden,” because although they were not all located in the city of Dresden, they all produced similar romantic, flowery styles of decorative objects. Measures 10.5 inches high, excellent condition.
