Don Quixote heavy abstract solid bronze sculpture by Connecticut sculptor James Knowles 1986. This modern art sculpture is full of energy and emotion. It measures 17 inches high, 12 inches wide and 2.5 inches thick. James Knowles creates large handcrafted urban abstract sculptures. He describes the creation of his works like ďa dance of metals". He uses an many different techniques, such as modeling, casting and firing. Knowles graduated from Yale University and received a master's degree in fine art from the University of Pennsylvania, with the intention of being an artist. For many years, he focused on his sculptures, creating some for local churches, schools and businessmen.
