An unusual pair of hand blown Venetian ruby glass footed compotes, the conal shape body with an overall crisscross design, a crimped opening and ruffled applique decoration, the applique and tripod feet of clear glass with imbued gold dust. Note the slightly differing heights of approximately 8 " and 8 1/2".The diameters are approximately 5". Murano, Italy, c. 1900
