Early walnut inlaid sewing box with tray, circa 1820. This American inlaid sewing box is in excellent condition, with fan inlay in each corner, and a decorative silver insert in the top. The silk lined inside tray and mirror are original to the box. The bottom is dovetailed to the sides. Measures 10 x 7 x 4.5.
