There are some pages that have been removed . It quite extensive mentioning horse fishing, stone work,work with horse teams,along with the names of Brooks,Scovill,Whitmore,Clark,Tailor,Jones and others.One parts states putting lock in door twelve cents,Wm Johnson two days work two dollars fifty cents.Four Hundred hay Wm Niff three dollars. This day book documents a work day in America during the mid 19th century.
