Antonio Rodriquez was born in Montoro Spain. He moved from Spain to Mexico in the late 1930's. He became well known for mockery of the Franco dictatorship and its connection to the military,church and aristocracy. This painting is signed twice. Bottom right Luna and middle right Luna 34. In as found original condition. The painting measures 43 inches tall by 33 inches wide.
