Victorian Birdseye maple vanity. Light golden "blonde" wood finishes, on figured and plain maple, were very popular from about 1920 to about 1940. The origin of this birdseye maple vanity is most likely Grand Rapids, Michigan. This was the center of our country's furniture manufacturing industry from the late 19th century well into the middle twentieth century. Excellent condition. Measures 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 58 inches high.
