Pottier and Stymus Victorian walnut parlor chair,American Victorian furniture by Pottier and Stymus from New York. This American Victorian walnut chair was made in the 1860s and measures 28 inches wide, 29 and and one half inches high and 15 inches deep. This parlor chair is in excellent original condition including its finish. Pottier and Stymus were one of the top American Victorian furniture makers of their day. Other examples of their work can be seen in "Masterpieces of American Furniture From the Munson Williams Porctor Institue page 105.
